Coronach is a friendly community with a population of around 650 people. Coronach is located in the center of southern Saskatchewan approximately 10 km from the American border. Our town can boast of its paved streets, recreational facilities, numerous organizations and clubs, excellant educational system and great people. Part of small town life is knowing all of the people that live there. Our community has that. The people here will always greet you with a friendly "Hello" and ask about your family. We watch over each other's children and share each others joys and sorrows. It is people like ours that make our town a caring safe place to work, live and riase our children. We invite you to come and visit or live in our outstanding community.

 

The "hub" of our community is the coronach Sportsplex. This facility is utilized for all winter sports (hockey, skating & curling), summer sports (baseball & swimming) and all community events (weddings, fairs & celebrations). Adjacent to the Sportsplex is our neighborhood campground. We offer 16 full service sites with updated showers and bathrooms. The sportsplex is an integral part of our commmunity and provides access to services and programming year round.

 

Currently we have a 13 person board, The Coronach Recreation Board running and overseeing all of these facilities. We are a group of people committed to sustaining this facility and its services for future generations to enjoy. We are supported and funded by the RM of Hart Butte #11 and the Town of Coronach. We appreciate their support and partnership.
